Oil painting

The Britannia Aircraft Works Under Construction, 1947, by Terence Cuneo (1907-1996). This painting shows the Brabazon hangar being built. Despite the cancellation of the Brabazon project in 1953, the hangar was used in later years to assemble the Bristol Britannia and Concorde aeroplanes.
