: Tin-glazed earthenware dish. It is Britton shape I. The dish is painted in manganese and blue on a white glaze. It has a manganese powder ground. It has an ogee-edged central reserve containing a Chinese man carrying a bowl of fruit on a fenced terrace. There are two conifers. On the left there is a big-leafed shrub and an arching tree with circular fruits on the right; there is a small landscape to the top left. On the flange there are four painted fish reserved. There are naughts and crosses under rim markings.
