: Tin-glazed earthenware posset pot and lid. It has a barely rounded body curving in to a narrow foot ring. It has a slightly flared neck; an engaged S-form spout, two strap handles with a concave top surface and scrolled lower terminal and a (replaced) mushroom knop. It is painted in blue, red, green and yellow on a pale bluish glaze. It has scrolled floral stems all over the main part of bowl and on the cover. There is a band of blue scrolls above the foot rim and a band of green scrolls with blue and red around the neck. There are scrollls on the spout, blue dashes and scrolls on the handles; a cover border of blue 'w' motifs, and a red-hatched green triangles around knop.
