: Decorative military shoulder pad (1 of 2). Strap of scarlet cloth (so from a red coated regiment), faced with 2 inch silver lace. Edged with silver wire embroidery and bearing a gold wire embroidered grenade with gold spangle and crimson silk embroidered flames, all upon a blue cloth ground. Silver wire and spangle embroidered crescent lined with padded white silk. Two layers of silver bullion tassels 3.25 inches in length, below which, a fringe of twisted white worsted cord, approx. 2 inches in length.
