: Fragment of a plate. Buff body. Painted in blue on a pale blue glaze: in well, a horseman outside an inn within scroll border; on flange, stylised sprigs and scrolling leafy tendrils from cross-hatched-and-dotted motifs, inside interlacing-arcs and double circle. Reddish-brown rim edge. Underrim markings: herbal sprigs. Part of a ?number in centre of underside.
