: Royal Indian Army Service Corps School passing-out parade album
: This album is presumed to have been presented to Winthrop by way of thanks and as a memento following his inspection of No. 5 Cadet Course, Royal Indian Army Service Corps School, Kakul, at their passing-out parade on 31 May 1945. The images show HEW inspecting lines of troops and awarding prizes to individual cadets. There is also a shot of the Gurkha pipes and drums. Tucked into the album is a manuscript note from the Commandant of the R.I.A.S.C. School thanking Brigadier Winthrop for his part in the proceedings.
