Warp & weft wool. 2 x mihrab ('double-niche') red, + yellow mosque-lamp & flower scrolls. Spandrels dark blue, + white florets containing octagons & red saz leaf. "Transylvanian" type. The fringe is a modern addition.

Circular paper label on exterior wall printed with 'Prof. and Mrs. P.H. Plesch Collections' with 'Gh 13B' hand-written in the centre.
