: Porcelain octagonal cup and saucer. The cup is straight sided and tapers in to a short foot rim. The saucer is shallow. They both have a white ground and are painted in coloured glazes. The saucer has three male Chinese figures in traditional wear. There are two bulls, one grey and one red. To the right there is a tree with a red trunk, green leaves and white blossom. They are set within a landscape with grass, shrubbery and rocks. There is a similar design on the exterior of the cup. The saucer and inside of the cup just below the rim have a patterned border consisting of alternating panels of green cross-hatching and red flowers with green leaves.
