: Flintlock military style carbine by Hill. Round iron rifled barrel (7 grooves), with blade fore-sight and standing rear-sight, and lined touch-hole. Retained to the stock with 3 barrel pins. Iron ramrod. Walnut full stock, with chequered wrist, the butt formed with a cheek piece. Brass furniture comprising; butt plate, trigger guard, fore-end cap and 2 ramrod pipes. Engraved flintlock, signed 'Hill'; with anti-friction roller to frizzen and semi-waterproof pan. Retained to the stock by 1 sidenail.
