Description: Trophy awarded to Avon County Council consisting of silver-coloured letters which spell 'Fit for work' fitted together in a cube shape on a black stand. A label reads - 'The Manpower Services Commission's Fit For Work Award 1983 presented to Avon County Council in recognition of their outstanding achievements in the employment of disabled people.'
