Object Name: amulet

Description: This is a dark green matt faience (now partly brown), seated figure of the goddess Sekhmet. She has roughly moulded cat like features, with hollow eyes. She has half a sun disc on her head. She is posed in a squat position, on an almost square base. It is a very stock figure, and is pierced widthways through a loop at the back of the neck.
