: This is a turquoise shiny faience figure, moulded in the form of a hippopotamus. It stands on all fours, with a large elongated snout touching the base in front of it. It is pierced through a loop lengthways, on the back for suspension. It has a rectangular base. It has incised armour like markings on its belly. It is quite angular, and the front legs point towards its snout. Its ears are long and swept back.
