Object Name: amulet

Description: This is a pale green (now mostly brown) faience figure moulded in the form of a pregnant hippopotamus, standing with one leg forward on a rectangular base. The piercing is broken at the back of the neck. It has an incised lined headress, and stands with its arms resting on its rotund stomach.
