Pair of ceremonial scissors, made of sterling silver. Geometric in style in line with Art Deco concepts of design. When closed the handles form a circle and the width of the blades and handle stems remain constant in length. The proportion of the handles to the whole scissor in length is 1 to 4. The scissors are plain except for some moulded lineal decorations on the handle stems. With inscription just below the screw and on blades.
