Pair of steel toe cap boots. Brown leather. 6 hole boot laces. Size 7. One tongue is very slightly shorter than the other. Mud on the undersides. Good quality. They are 'slight seconds', which fell short of the standard set for army supply.

An elevated view of the impressive funeral procession, winding its way through the city centre, past the tramways centre, St Augustine's Parade. A long line of people on foot, possibly the orphans (?) can be seen following the horse-drawn hearse. Postally unused.
