Cooper's Bushing Tool used for cutting the hole and flange in cask bung staves, late 19th century. The hole and flange is cut in the cashed of the cask stave and the bush is held in place by 4 rivets. This type of bush was very largely used up to 1960s when it was suspended.

Cream coloured breeches. Plush. Full front opening. Metal buckles at the leg (not sewn on). A 'Serpentine Streamers' label and wrapper was found in the pocket (so they were probably used as fancy dress after their original use as livery).
