: Britton shape C. Off-white glaze on a buff body. Painted in red, yellow, green, blue and manganese-purple with chinoiserie flower design: in well, a blue-and-yellow upright vase with mg flowers and a mg-and-blue bulbous pot with mg and red berries and blue grass; both have mid-green rhomboid leaves; blue leaf spray on left, blue and red insect above pot. Border design extends over flange and into centre: four round-ended panels each containing two red horizontal '8' flowers on red stems with green leaves; between the panels, red trefoil on blue scrolls above mg band and double-trellis-and-four-dot band. Three stilt marks under sides.
