: Stringed instrument for playing with bow surinda. Wood, leather & ivory: wire strings. Waisted ovoid wooden body, skin over lower lobe ?glued. 8 pegs on each side of finial with 6 in neck. Wood bridge, 3 gut strings & 5 fe wire. Floral relief carving on upper back, floral & geometric ivory inlay on neck, finial & shoulder.
