: sugar bowl & cover, miniature

: Glazed porcelain miniature sugar bowl and cover. The design is blue and white (Delft) and Chinese in style. The painted design depicts two Chinese style huts in a grassy landscape, with birds in the sky and either the moon or the sun on the sugar bowl. The rim of the sugar bowl lid is decorated with a linear pattern round the edge. There are two blurred designs on the top of the lid that resemble pools of water and sailboats. Simplified birds are painted on the lid of the bowl.
