Pedlars' wares - silver

Pedlars sold a mix of second-hand clothes, haberdashery, cheap silver, jewellery, household wares and toys. They sold to poorer people, allowing them to own cheap versions of fashionable or desirable items, such as this large, silver gravy spoon made in 1777.
