: Dark green bottle glass. Upright cylindrical body with very slight base slump, tapering slightly out to rounded shoulders, medium neck with stepped rim moulding. High kick-up. Applied round seal with raised lettering: 'I.P.T.' (John Payne Tudway).

: Purchased, 1970. (Bottles found in the Estate Yard of 'The Cedars', Wells, former seat of the Tudway family and now part of Wells Cathedral School.)
