: Oval deep bowl with shaped edge, a lip at each side. Chased and embossed decoration: flowers under lips, 'v'-shaped stylised leaf at base of handle and opposite, with four inverted 'v'-ridges between. Whalebone handle, twisted at upper end, pinned into silver socket; silver tip.
