Description: 'The Hunting of the Unicorn': 12 medieval huntsmen gathered around a fountain; unicorn on its knees in foreground; lion, cat, otter, porcupine, deer across bottom of picture; dogs; castle in top left corner. Monogram 'A B' entwined with ribbon, worked in metallic thread in top left corner. Scrolled gilt frame. Exhibition label: Silk and wool with some metal thread; details painted in watercolour. The design was copied from a mediaeval tapestry.
