Description: In black and silver - border with band of silver and narrower band of black. Shows spray of lily-of-the-valley with a picture of church with a setting sun and an inscription. Opens out with sentimental verse on the left and inscription on the right side. On front 'He giveth His beloved Sleep'. Verse inside front cover. Inside back cover ' In Loving Memory of Mary Griffin Who fell asleep May 21st, 1916, Aged 78 Years. Interred at Winford Churchyard.'
