: Royal Doulton inkwell in the form of a caricature of a militant white-haired woman (representing a suffragette), with arms folded. "Votes for women" embossed on her blue glazed apron. Blue blouse, green skirt. The upper half of the woman's body hinges back to reveal the interior of the inkwell. "230" marked on inside of lid and "220" on base.
