This is cycle cape made from waxed cotton canvas and part of a set of home-made wet weather riding clothes made by Eric Evens. Eric used relatively cheap, light and durable materials to make several items, consisting of 2 pairs of leggings, a raincoat as well as this cape, to keep him dry and warm in the changeable hillside climate.
