Description: Painting on paper. Celebratory procession of officials. three in blue carry poles from which are suspended strings of lanterns with red braid. Followed by ten musicians in red robes with square rank badges and four young boys carrying a drum and a gong suspended on a pole with a dragon's head. Followed by 8 officials in plain blue robes carrying four spherical white lanterns with the character for happiness in red and four red and green octagonal (?) lanterns.
