Object Name: dress

Description: Grey/ aquamarine satin dress (which was worn as a wedding dress). Painted bodice, trimmed with braid. Puff inset to sleeve with narrow cuff. Lined throughout with leightweight, glazed cotton to add body to the silk. Small cream cotton pocket bag set into the seam on the left side of the skirt. The front of the dress is decorated with passementerie in a military style.
