Description: Painted and gilded paper leaf (revers leaf of chicken skin). Pierced and gilded other of pearl sticks and guard. Painted in gouache with fête champêtre, two boys reading on the left, a boy playing the flute on the right. Ends and boarder decorated finely in an oriental style. Reverse painted in the centre with vignette of mother and child.
