Description: European painted and printed folding fan. Printed paper leaf, hand coloured gilded. Obverse lithographed of a group on landscape within an arbour, all in 18th century dress. Border block printed in gold with floral design on black background. Reverse lithographed with Moses striking the rock and similar border. Horn sticks and guards, pierced and gilded. Stick and guards gilded and pierced with quatrefoils. Pivot of mother of pearl and metal. Hanger of textured gilded brass.
