Object Name: Underwear

Description: Child's cream flannel petticoat with a sleeveless bodice and round neck edged with cream feather stitching. The skirt is gathered with a scalloped edge and finished with buttonhole stitch in the same colour. The back of the neck is fastened with a drawstring of cotton tape. The back opening has two manmade loops and two mother of pearl buttons. The inside edges are all bound with cotton bias binding.
