: Kachin garters. Two parts a and b. The dark grey ground has a woven red wool geometric pattern and some designs in a range of other bright colours. Grey cotton warp with wool and rayon(?) floating weft. Machine sewn with a seam at the back. Felted red fabric binding the top and bottom. Selvedge on the seam. Slightly tapered.
