Description: Blue velvet brimless hat. (Part of a 3 piece set with T/NIGE/619 a&b.) The lower edge of the hat has a cotton tape hem. The hatband has parallel rows of stitching. Crown is made of four triangular shaped panels, finished at the top with a button covered with velvet. The inside of the hat is lined with cream cotton fabric printed with a black/brown and white pattern.
