Iron frame with side mounted lock, the breech stamped with proof marks of the London Gunmakers Company, together with the makers mark RI. The breech engraved and signed 'Robt. Loy, London'. Walnut grip formed with swollen pommel. Silver furniture consisting of butt cap, side-plate and escutcheon. Bow-shaped trigger guard. Side mounted cock, pan and frizzen and spring.
