Description: Light Dragoon military flintlock holster pistol. Round barrel with moulded ring at the breech. Barrel stamped with Tower private proof mark, crossed sceptres and crown, and engraved Bristol. Secured to the stock by 2 barrel pins. Walnut full stock with raised apron to the barrel tang. Plain brass furniture comprising butt cap, trigger guard, sideplate and 1 ramrod pipe. Iron ramrod. Flintlock sidelock with flat plate signed in script Jeffrey. Secured to the stock by 2 sidenails. No Ordnance markings.
