Description: Percussion sporting shotgun by William Hole. Round Damascus twist barrels of side by side construction with top-rib and 2 ramrod pipes, signed William Hole, High Street, Bristol. Bead foresight and engraved false breech and barrel tang. Platinum safety vents. Barrel secured to the stock by 1 barrel slide with steel escutcheons. Wooden ramrod with brass tip and steel end. Walnut half stock with chequered wrist. Engraved iron furniture comprising; butt plate, trigger guard with squared back, and forward ramrod pipe. White metal vacant escutcheon. Double curved triggers. Flat engraved right and left hand percussion locks, the tails of the plates pinched in, and signed 'W.Hole, Bristol'. Secured to the stock by 1 sidenail.
