Description: Percussion sporting shotgun signed 'Cole'. Iron barrel formed in 3 stages. Octagonal, 16 sided then round to muzzle with under-rib and 2 ramrod pipes. Bead foresight and engraved false breech and barrel tang. Platinum safety vents. Barrel secured to the stock by 1barrel slide with white metal escutcheons. Ramrod missing. Walnut half stock with chequered wrist. Engraved iron furniture comprising; butt plate, trigger guard with pineapple finial and forward ramrod pipe. White metal vacant escutcheon and fore-end cap. Curved trigger. Flat engraved percussion lock, signed 'Cole'. Secured to the stock by 1 sidenail.
