Description: Flintlock military blunderbuss, similar to the 1715 Sea Service blunderbuss. Round iron smooth bore barrel, with flared muzzle, the breech stamped with London Gunmakers Company proof mark? Retained to the stock with 2 barrel pins (1 Missing). Later wooden ramrod. Walnut full stock with square top butt and hand-rail form wrist. Brass furniture comprising; butt plate, trigger guard and 1 ramrod pipes. Flat form 1703 Pattern flintlock, unmarked. Dog catch missing. Retained to the stock by 3 sidenails.
