: Percussion blunderbuss by Fenton. Iron barrel formed in 2 stages, octagonal at the breech then round to the flared muzzle. The breech stamped with Birmingham proof marks. Retained to the stock with 2 barrel slides. Iron ramrod. Walnut full stock with engraved iron furniture comprising; butt plate, trigger guard and 2 ramrod pipes (1 brass). Iron sling swivel on fore-stock. Engraved flat form percussion lock,engraved ?Fenton?. Retained to the stock by 1 sidenail.
