: British military Artillery Officers Fusil by Rea of London Round iron barrel, the breech stamped with the Kings proof mark (crossed sceptres & crown and crossed sceptres and GR), and engraved 'Minories, London'. Muzzle with bayonet stud. Secured to the stock by 3 barrel pins. Iron ramrod, the tip engraved NE16. Walnut three-quarter stock with hand-rail form butt and raised carved apron around the barrel tang and a 'swell' to the forestock near the rear ramrod pipe. The butt stamped with Ordnance markings and the initials K&R. Brass furniture consisting butt plate (engraved HAC), trigger guard with rear sling swivel (engraved NE16), 3 ramrod pipes, nose-cap, thumb plate (engraved HAC) and flat sideplate. Fore-stock sling swivel missing. Flintlock with flat plate with bevelled edge and flat cock with bevelled edge. The plate with engraved 'Rea'. Anti-friction roller to frizzen. Secured to the stock by 2 sidenails. Steel socket bayonet with triangular blade engraved 3 and signed Hill, 52cm in length.
