Description: Photograph of a wall relief from Lower Temple of the Jaguars (Chamber E), West Wall, Great Ball Court, Chichen Itza, Yucatan, Mexico. This appears to be the plaster cast set up in the Philadelphia Museum: AB helped to prepare it (from Maudslay's moulds?) and painted it, labouring over getting the colours right in the artificial light ogf the gallery. It took several months in 1909 / 10. The cast is no longer at Philadelphia, presumably disposed off at some point.
