Description: Layette pincushion. Rectangular cream silk satin cushion with overstitched seams. A tassel at each corner. Design fromed with steel pins: in each corner a trefoil stem motif in a heart-shaped pot; in centre, '1685' below small crosses, hearts and circles, all between two flower motifs.
