Description: Novelist Nikesh Shukla, aged 34, from Bristol. As part of the Desh project, Nikesh wrote a short narrative, part memoir, part cookbook, entitled 'The Cookbook of Us'. Volume One focusses on his memories of his mother's home cooking and features recipes and cooking methods passed on from the Older Women's Group at Dhek Bhal day centre in Barton Hill, Bristol.
