Description: Chullu, hat, handknitted in acrylic yarn, with earflaps, tassel on crown and tasselled ties. Crown knittedon 5 fine needles in stocking stitch with 4 bands of flowers on a blue ground, and white llamas at top, with a diamond design, kuku (Aymara), on the earflaps. Earflaps knitted separately and sewn to crown. Woven border, ribete, with concentric diamond design, nawi, eyes (Quechua), said to protect against evil.
