: coffin (fragment)

: Painted head section from a coffin lid. It has a pale face of a human with a blue-green wig which has curled ends. She is shown full- face. There is a gold-coloured curved collar on the neck. There is red cross-hatched decoration (depicting a sheath dress) on the chest. Her visible flesh is painted buff and above her head is a blue rectangle that is the remains of a pt- sign. Wood fragments which have been displaced are contained in a seperate plastic bag.
