: This is eight figures of mostly pale green/blue faience moulded in the form of a seated lion, with their forelegs outstretched infront of them. They all have small rectangular bases and are pierced through a semi-circular loop on their backs. The smallest is faded pale green matt faience, and has part of its belly missing on one side. There are limited mouldings. Another is of pale green matt faience, with a visible incised mane and circular ears. The back is chipped. Another pale green one has rough mouldings and traces of glue all over it. Another is more pale mint green with traces of glue and black paper on one side. Another is now cream coloured with an incised cross hatched base. It has markings for its mane. A pale green shiny faience one is more dainty but roughly moulded. A pale green/blue faience figure is damaged on one side, with rough mouldings, and rounded ends of the base. The final figure is larger and more cat like than the others, of pale green matt faience. One end of the base is rounded. More ressemblant to a leopard or young lion.
