Description: A piece of cream stone, trapezium shaped in vertical cross section, square in horizontal. On the front there is a bass relief of Ptah, a mummiform man with false beard and short wig. He holds a sceptre in his hands in front of him. The family of Nebseni who gave the statue to the temple is shown on the side of the naos.
