Copper alloy brooch of fan tail type. From a tubular spring guard rises a false bow of triangular shape with lobes at the base. The bow is decorated with two opposed trumpets, separated by two raised medial ribs. The triangular foot plate has a central socket for enamel surrounded by three eye shapes. Romano-British, Flavian.
