Watercolour copy of the stucco facade of the temple on the pyramid at Acanceh. Full scale. Corner motifs: large bird at each corner, facing outwards. Breast feathers made with limestone flakes set in stucco, the rest of the bird in painted stucco. May be eagles, or mythical birds. This piece fits on to the right of Ea8220a and shows the elaborate wing of a bird. Painted in blue, green, red, brown and yellow. Has a thick plaited seed handle in dark brown. The bag is five sided with a triangular flap, decorated with 12 pale red seeds round in shape on front of the bag only. The seeds are dark brown, long and flat. 'Victoria Falls' could mean object is from N or S Rhodesia. ie Zambia or Zimbabwe.
