This plaque was put up on the wall of the ‘Soldiers’ Room’ in the Bristol Museum (now Brown’s restaurant). It marked the Museum’s and city’s role in entertaining over 60,000 sick and wounded soldiers who came to the war hospitals in the city. W2090
